What data we collect and why

Order data (name, email, phone, shipping address): needed to perform the contract, ship the product and handle returns and guarantee claims. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Order accounting data: kept for 10 years for tax purposes. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).

Emails you send us: used only to reply. We do not sell your data or send newsletters without your consent.

Who we share data with

Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland), which processes the payment as an independent controller for card data.
Our supplier and couriers, who receive name, address and phone only to ship the product. The supplier is based outside the EU (China): the transfer is necessary to perform the contract you requested (Art. 49.1.b GDPR).
Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the website and may log technical browsing data (IP address) for security.

How long

Order data: up to 26 months from delivery (guarantee period plus handling of disputes). Accounting data: 10 years.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country or with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

This website uses only necessary technical cookies and, only if you accept in the banner, the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd), which records page visits and completed purchases to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Meta may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
